Introduction to Intuitive Eating Workshop

Are you interested in learning more about the 10 Principles of Intuitive Eating and how it can change your life and heal your relationship with food?

Do you have a negative relationship with food, a history of dieting, or just want to get back in touch with your inner wisdom when it comes to deciding what or when to eat?

Includes:

-A presentation on the 10 different principles

-Examples of how to practice IE in your daily life

-Time for questions

Every participant will be given free worksheets to get started on their own Intuitive Eating journey.

Mindful and Emotional Eating Workshop

Are you interested in learning how to eat more mindfully without distractions or do you want to work on eating for physical rather than emotional hunger?

Do you eat too quickly, have a hard time distinguishing between emotional and physical hunger, and are wanting to be comfortably full after you eat?

Includes:

-A group demonstration on eating mindfully and how to be present with the food you are eating

-Lesson on how to use an Emotional Eating Chart

Every participant will be given a free Emotional Eating Chart.

Body Acceptance and Respect Workshop

Are you interested in learning how to accept and respect the body you are in?

Are you struggling with your body image, have recently gained weight/weight often fluctuates, or have a hard time taking care of your most basic needs?

Includes:

-A discussion about the impact our society has on the way we feel about our bodies

-The effects of diet culture on our bodies

-How we can better take care of ourselves (self care practices)

Every participant will be given journal prompts to begin the journey of healing their relationship with their body.
